Our horses Simbaya and Maybe

I am passionate about humans & horses.

My Inquiring Mind: How is our riding influenced by our body and mindset?

My masters: Our horses Maybe (Irish Cob) and Simbaya (Holsteiner) as well as Cori (German Warmblood).

My pony Maybe is a very good teacher. She only responds when being asked absolutely correctly.

My goal is to enable riders to connect with their body and mindset as well as to the horse's body and soul and to feel lightness in their riding.

A good day is when exactly this is happening.

I try to make my horses be "all-rounders" in dressage, jumping and cross country as well as hacking and horsemanship.

Born: 1982 in northern Germany. After finishing school in 2002 I lived abroad in many countries studying and working with horses.

Riding with Lightness means to me to listen and talk with the use of my body and to free my mind. To feel lightness on the outside and within.

Freeing our mind galloping in the snow.

For me Sitzkunst is a wonderful method to get to know your body, become aware of old habbits and to let go of tension.

Spending time together playing is very valuable for the relationship with my horses.
